SPA ETIQUETTE & POLICIES
We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We are a private client-centered spa. Please arrive on time for your appointment. You may make a reservation by phone or email at email@example.com. Email requests must take place at least 48 hours before your desired appointment time.
Since we strive to provide personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact upon us significantly. Therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. Kabuki require 24 hours notice of any cancellation or appointment change.
A 50% fee will be applied to your credit card if you do not give 24 hrs noticeof cancellation or to change/subtract services no exceptions.
Groups of three or more are required to pay a 50% deposit.
If you cancel or change an appointment in less than 24 hours the following will occur:
- Any promotions or specials, including discounts from the referral program, that were applied to that appointment will be lost and cannot be transferred.
- If it is a Series, that appointment will count as one in the series.
- Gift Certificates: 100% of the service amount will be deducted from your gift certificate.

In consideration of preserving a peaceful environment, Kabuki Spa requests that guests and clients turn off their cell phones prior to entering the spa.
Only clients receiving spa services will be allowed in the spa. Babies and toddlers are not permitted to accompany an adult during spa service, for the safety and comfort of our staff and guests. Guests under the age of 16 are eligible to receive facial treatments and nail care only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Kabuki reserves the right to terminate any service at any point if we feel that the child is interrupting other clients’ relaxation.
GIFT CERTIFICATE RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash.
SERIES OF TREATMENTS RETURN POLICY
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatment that was purchased. We will exchange them for you for other products or spa credit of equal value.
Please arrive right on time for your appointment. If you are a first time client a profile will be completed prior to your service.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees.
We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.
Spa specials can not be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates. Any promotions or specials must be used on your next appointment if it applies to that service. If that appointment is canceled you will loose the special or promotion.
REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN OUR STORE
All product sales are final.
